"The man who wears many musical colors."

These seven words describe the complexity of Donald Lawrence. The songwriter, producer, composer and choir director is at home in inspirational as well as contemporary gospel music. He is a multiple Grammy and Stellar winner and has worked with several artists including Kirk Franklin, Karen Clark Sheard, En Vogue and others.

Hans Christian Johimsen (DK)

For many years, Hans Christian Jochimsen has already been the musical director and thus an integral part of Gospel Church Day. From the German and European gospel scene is no longer thinkable. His choral songs have hit potential and are immortalized in the repertoire of many choirs, his unique humorous style brings him fans in all age groups. For the Gospelkirchentag in Hanover, the Dane brings back his band and new songs.

Chris Lass (UK / D) loves gospel music and it's on! His enthusiasm and passion are transmitted in no time to listeners and fellow singers. As a singer, composer and choirmaster, he tours regularly through Germany and beyond the country's borders.

He connects young and old like no one else and manages to rediscover gospel music alive and authentic. His catchy compositions and his modern sound made him one of the most popular gospel artists in Europe.

At the Gospelkirchentag Chris Lass has been a workshop speaker since 2014 and in 2018 also a speaker for the Youth Mass Choir. This year, we can experience him as a Mass Choir Teacher on the big stage.

With the permanent participation you can also visit all other events of the International Gospel Church Day in Hanover. A ticket of the public transport from 11. - 13.09.2020 in which is already included in the participation.

The registration for the daily participation will be possible from April 2020.

With the participation of the day you can participate in all events of the International Gospelkirchentag in Hannover on 12.09.2020. This includes the afternoon workshops in the city center, the city stage concerts and the gala concert in the evening.
